You have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your purchase to notify us and request the return of a product purchased at GROW KIT EXPRESS. To make the return, it is essential that the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, just as it was delivered to you. If the item is in its original condition, with its packaging and all included accessories and manuals, you can proceed with the return.
If the return is due to a change of mind, an unwanted item, or it doesn't meet your expectations, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. However, if we have sent you the wrong or defective product, we will cover the shipping costs to facilitate the return, including the collection of the package from your address.
It is important to note that we do not accept returns of used, altered, or modified products, and our return policy does not affect your legal rights as a customer.
Once we receive the merchandise in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used for your purchase. If you prefer, we can also issue a discount coupon for future purchases.

If you want to return a product and send it without additional packaging, the transport company will apply a shipping label, and that product cannot be resold.
If you send a bulb without proper packaging, it is likely to arrive damaged. While we make every effort to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition, you must also ensure that, if you want to make a return, the product is properly packaged.
In addition, the product is most likely to be damaged if the packaging is insufficient.
We cannot accept this type of return.
We do not take responsibility for customs charges or tariffs generated by customs.
1.3 Order Cancellation:
If the order is canceled before the goods leave our warehouse, the customer will not incur any expenses. In the case of cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer must cover the shipping costs, as well as the return costs of said order.
2.1 General Product Warranty Terms:
At Growkit Express, we comply with the warranties established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
For consumers, we guarantee that the products conform to their description published on our website, with a two-year warranty for new products and a one-year warranty for refurbished or used products. If conformity defects arise within six months of delivery, it will be presumed that they already existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. After the first six months from the purchase, it will be the buyer's responsibility to demonstrate that the claimed defect was of origin and already existed at the time of delivery. The warranty comes into effect from the date of delivery.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, impact, improper use or improper handling, inadequate voltage, incorrect installation, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use are not covered, nor are consumable products. In the event of incidents that justify the use of the warranty, Growkit Express will choose to repair, replace the item, grant a discount, or proceed with a refund, as established by law.

2.2 Seed Warranty:
Seeds must be sent in their original packaging, by certified mail, and their cost does not exceed €2, as we must send them to the seed bank for warranty processing.
Marijuana seeds are sold for decorative purposes and for collection. GROW KIT EXPRESS is not responsible for the use or cultivation of these seeds
Please note that we cannot accept returns of: Seeds, Bulbs, Unsealed items
Please note that we do not accept returns of seeds, bulbs, opened items that can be reproduced or copied, shipments without an external damage number, or without their original packaging. Also, during special promotions such as Black Friday or 4:20, where seeds are offered at a reduced price, we cannot provide a warranty due to the low cost of sale.
