For orders within the EU exceeding 99,99€, shipping is free. Otherwise, there will be an additional charge of 9,99€ for standard shipping or 15,99€ for express shipping.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: The economical option with a delivery time of 1 to 4 days, depending on the destination, from the package's departure from our warehouses.
Express Shipping: The urgent option with a delivery time of 24 hours for approximately 90% of shipments (excluding weekends and holidays).
Free Shipping: Shipping at no cost to the customer.
Conditions
There will be no shipping or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel your order in case of delivery difficulties or to modify the delivery price in case of additional costs or in case of the purchase of bulky products.
We work with various transportation companies and we reserve the right to choose the carrier based on the type of shipment, products, and destination. If you have any concerns about this, please contact us before placing the order.
Once the order leaves our facilities, the transportation company becomes responsible. Any incidents such as breakage, package issues, delays, etc., must be documented on the delivery note and/or reported to us within 24 hours. Outside of this 24-hour period, the transport insurance we contract will not cover the claim. Therefore, we urge you to review the received products and contact us in case of any issues within 24 hours.
We are not aware of the delivery schedules of the transportation company, nor do we know if they make phone calls before delivery. Each area and delivery person may have different practices.
When the order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with information about the departure, transportation company, tracking details, and other shipping information.
